Who We Are: Coyotes Lacrosse is a high school program based at Monarch High School. We combine the talent of student-athletes from Monarch, Broomfield, and Centaurus high schools in the northern area.
Our History: The program began in the spring of 2001 with a freshman program. By the following year, the district formed the current structure, and the Coyotes began playing at the varsity level.
Achievements: We have a strong history of success in the Northern League:
- Northern League Champions (2012)
- Elite 8 Appearances (2012 and 2015)
- CHSAA Playoff appearances in 12 of the last 13 years
Our Teams: We are a CHSAA-sanctioned sport fielding three teams:
- Varsity
- Junior Varsity
- C-Team
Our Philosophy: We are most proud of the way our young men conduct themselves on and off the field. We look forward to continuing our success and developing strong character in our athletes.
Season Information: Our home field is at Monarch High School. The spring season officially begins at the end of February.
